The Seasons Pizza Story
Seasons Pizza was born in 2008 from a single idea: that great pizza should celebrate every season. Founders Marco and Elena Vitori started crafting recipes in their home kitchen, experimenting with locally sourced produce that changed with the harvest calendar.
What began as a humble pop-up at the Dover Farmers Market quickly grew into Dover's most beloved pizza destination. Our first brick-and-mortar opened on S State Street in 2011, and we haven't looked back since. Every year, we evolve our menu to honor the best ingredients each season brings.

The Kitchen Experiment
Marco and Elena Vitori begin developing seasonal pizza recipes at home, inspired by a trip through southern Italy. The first dough recipe is still used today.
Dover Farmers Market Debut
Seasons Pizza debuts as a pop-up stall at the Dover Farmers Market. Lines form within weeks. The community response is overwhelming and confirms the vision.
Opening Day on S State St
Our first restaurant opens at 2467 S State St, Dover. We serve 300 guests on opening day alone. A new chapter begins for the Vitori family and the community.
Catering & Events Launch
Responding to demand, we launch a full catering division. We now serve weddings, corporate events, and private parties across Delaware, bringing the Seasons experience anywhere.
Online Ordering Goes Live
We launch our digital ordering platform, making it easier than ever to get Seasons Pizza delivered fresh to your door. Online orders grow 300% in the first year.
Celebrating 16 Years
We celebrate 16 years of bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and community love. New seasonal menus, expanded catering options, and the same heart that started it all.
